The Ira “Chuck” Donath Trust committee is pleased to present Chloe Hart as the 2022 Smith County High School recipient of the $7,500 Ira “Chuck’ Donath Scholarship and will be honored at the 6th annual Nobel Peace Prize Dinner on September 17th.
The late Mr. Donath endowed a $7,500 scholarship to be awarded to a Smith County High School senior based on their academic achievements, leadership, and community service.
Ms.Hart is the daughter of Amy Hart of Rome and Christopher Hart of Riddleton. She is also the granddaughter of Beverly and Charles Eubank and Lynda and Dennis Hart. Chloe will attend Tennessee Tech University and plans to major in Nursing. She says her goal is to stay local to middle Tennessee as a nurse and give back to her community, and then become a travel nurse and help hospitals in need that are understaffed and underfinanced.
Ms.Hart and the other scholarship recipient winners will be recognized at the Nobel Peace Prize Dinner at the Ag. Center. See the Smith County Insider article announcing the event for ticket information.
