(Smith County Insider Press) Gordonsville, Tenn. – John Larue, of Carthage, was arrested on Wednesday, August, 5 for TennCare Fraud.
Larue was using his TennCare benefits to obtain prescription(s) for Xanax which he was unlawfully selling and/or otherwise distributing.
The Grand Jury Indicted Larue on March 18, 2015
