On March 19 one of our favorite Smith County small businesses expanded in a big way. Over the last four years Smith County has come to know and love Van Loo’s traveling Boutique. Owners, Lindsay Boze and Lindsey Underwood, have fulfilled their long-time dream of opening up a store front and have chosen down-town Carthage as the perfect spot.
Wish86 will feature the same trends we love from Van Loos along with new shopping opportunities as well. They will offer clothing for all ages, gifts, event planning, personalization, accessories, décor, and so much more! The boutique is nestled just across the street from the Historic Smith County Courthouse at 110 3rd Avenue West in Carthage.
