Mo Town Treat is a mobile food vendor that specializes in sweet treats including mini pancakes and ice cream. The owners, Melinda and Tim are excited to bring their sweet treats to the public with a great atmosphere, fun music and wonderful customer service. They are excited to book events in Smith County and surrounding areas.
Melinda has been a cake decorator for many years and had a desire to own something that would be a benefit to the community. Tim is the brains behind the trailer. He’s a hands on type of guy who is very friendly and has a whimsical sense of humor. Together they agree making people happy and seeing them smile after they get their ice cream or mini pancakes is part of the joy of bringing their truck into the community.
