(Smith County Insider Press) Smith County, Tenn. – On Saturday, December 3rd, a group of locals and the Forkum family gathered at a bridge on Gladdice Road, near Dean Hill Road, to dedicate it to the late Billy James Forkum. James Forkum is the son of Evelyn Forkum.
