The Barn Boys Flea Market raised $1,100.00 at their annual fundraiser Easter egg hunt. Proceeds from this years hunt was donated to the Emmanuel House in Carthage, TN. The staff at Barn Boys Flea Market would like to thank everyone that donated to and attended the event!
The Emmanuel House is a transitional living facility and temporary shelter where homeless women and children can find respite and much needed assistance.
They have had the pleasure of serving Smith County and the surrounding area for more than 8 years. Hundreds of women and children have came to them for help and many have gone to college, passed their GED, or simply gone to live happy, stable, lives.
Their mission is to help homeless women and single mother’s with children find long-term stability and personal enrichment through the following services:
- Temporary Housing (3-6months)
- Transitional Housing (6mos-1year)
- Spiritual Mentorship
- Recovery Support
- Life Skills Education
- Education/Job Training Scholarships/Counseling
- Case Management
