American Legion Post 57 will hold its annual Poppy Drive on Friday and Saturday, November 6–7.
Volunteers will be collecting donations from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Sav-Way and Walmart. Community members are encouraged to stop by, pick up a poppy and show their support for veterans and their families.
The red poppy has long served as a symbol of remembrance and honor for those who have served our country.
