The 2019 Miss Teen Fairest of the Fair pageant was held at the Smith County Fair on the night of Monday, July 1, 2019.
Four beautiful young ladies competed in the pageant: Chrissy Johnson, Kaelyn Ward, Ariannah Wallace, and Madysin Griffin.

Kaelyn Ward was crowned Miss Teen Fairest of the Fair. 1st Runner Up was Ariannah Wallace, 2nd Runner Up was Madysin Griffin, and 3rd Runner Up was Chrissy Johnson.
