The 2018 Smith County Fairest of the Fair, Miss Teen Fairest of the Fair, and Mrs. Fairest of the Fair Pageants were held on Monday night, July 2, at the Smith County Agriculture Center. The Fairest of the Fair Pageant started at 6pm, with 3 contestants. The winner of the Fairest of the Fair Pageant was Liberty West, the 1st runner-up was Allie Murphy, and the 2nd runner-up was Maddie Tippy.

The Miss Teen Fairest of the Fair started at 8pm, with 7 contestants. The winner of the Miss Teen Fairest of the Fair was Olivia Grace Kemp, the 1st runner-up was Kaelyn Ward, and the 2nd runner-up was Sierra Kreegal.
