The Smith County GOP will be hosting their annual Reagan Dinner on March 18th, 2016. The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Smith County Ag Center located at 159 Ag Center Lane – Carthage, TN. The guest speaker for the evening will be Sheriff David Clarke of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin County Sheriff Department. Clarke is also a Fox News Contributor.
