During a bond hearing held on Wednesday morning, November 29, General Sessions Judge, Michael Collins, ordered that Stacye Lee Nash’s bond be raised from $150,000 to $500,000.
Nash was recently charged with Criminal Attempt to Commit First Degree Murder, following several shooting incidents that occurred on November 25.
Judge Collins stated, “that bond seems a little low,” and ordered that it be raised to $500,000. The Assistant District Attorney, Jack Bare, stated that there were a number of charges that have not been issued regarding the shooting incident and that the incident was still under investigation by the TBI.
Nash is scheduled to be back in General Sessions Court on December 7.
