Smith County 4-H Hosts Day Camps

May 10, 2018

Smith County 4-H is excited to host two specialty day camps this summer! We will be hosting our Wildlife Camp on Friday, June 22nd at the Cordell Hull Visitors Center. Campers will have the opportunity to learn about wildlife and tree identification, as well as enjoy nature and make s’mores. Our Basic Cooking 101 Camp will be held on Thursday, July 12th at Gordonsville First Baptist Church. Campers will learn about kitchen safety and learn to read recipes, as well as cooking a homemade meal and dessert to enjoy! Both camps are open to 4-8 grade Smith County 4-H’ers and cost $30. For further information or to register call the Smith County Extension Office at 735-2900.
