Jessie, the daughter of Brad and Valerie Tippy of Carthage, TN, is a 2012 graduate of Smith County High School. Jessie lives in Smith County with her husband, Dillon Reed. She is a member of Carthage United Methodist Church. Jessie has served as the secretary for Heartland Real Estate and Auction, now Exit Rocky Top Realty, for over a year, and she looks forward to using her knowledge of the real estate market to help her clients purchase the home of their dreams.
