NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, June 14th at 12:00 p.m. at the Smith County Chamber of Commerce, 939 Upper Ferry Road. The purpose of said meeting is to discuss the possibility of applying for a HUD Community Development Block Grant for façade improvements in downtown Carthage, through the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. The hearing is open to the public and no person in the United States should, on the grounds of race, religion, color, or national origin be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, or be subject to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal Assistance.
