December 2017 Grand Jury Session Returns Over 40 Indictments

(Smith County Insider Press) Carthage, Tenn. – The Grand Jury met at the Smith County Court Facility on Monday, December 4, 2017. After deliberating for several hours, they returned 42 indictments for the December 2017 Session. 9 of the 42 still remained sealed as of Tuesday afternoon.
