No yearly maximum, no deductible, no waiting periods, and no copays. The membership fee for the Bailey Family Dental Plan is $240 per year, renewed annually. Yearly benefits include:
- 2 regular dental cleaning (six-month increments)
- 2 periodic dental exams (six-month increments)
- 1 set of check-up x-rays (annually)
- 1 fluoride treatment per year (17 years & under)
- 50% off in-house treatment including but not limited to fillings, cerec crowns, root canals, extractions, etc.
- 20% treatment including a lab including but not limited to dentures, partials, non-cerec crowns, MTM aligners, etc.
