As of Thursday afternoon, December 21, Highway 25 (Dixon Springs Highway) is open at the rockfall mitigation site in Carthage.
Rockfall mitigation work is scheduled to continue until May 2018. Temporary road closures my been in effect during the duration of the project for blasting.
