On April 30th, 2021, Deputy Matt White observed a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign off Lebanon Hwy. After initiating a traffic stop, Christopher R. Beale, the driver, was found to be on probation which was subject to search. After conducting a search of his person, 1.7 grams of Methamphetamine, and a tenth of a gram of heroin was found.
Mr. Beale was placed under arrest and taken to the Smith County Sheriff’s office for processing.
He is being charged with possession of controlled substances and possession of methamphetamine.
He is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
