The Smith County Chamber of Commerce presents the Marker dedication for Deford Bailey, the Opry Member, Country Music Hall of Fame inductee, and talented musician. A marker will be placed in front of the Smith County Courthouse in part with Tennessee Music Pathways.
The event will take place on the historic lawn of the Courthouse at 10:30 Am.
