TDOT recently announced that Upper Cumberland Electric is currently scheduled to perform utility work on Saturday, February 3 from 6AM-7PM on Highway 25 in Carthage at the rockfall mitigation site.
Highway 25 will be closed during the work. The work is contingent on weather conditions.
