The Tennessee Department of Health, in conjunction with local county health departments, has launched an online registration portal for those interested in getting the COVID-19 vaccine. The online portal includes links for COVID-19 vaccine information and the county’s current phase information.
Currently, new registrants will be placed on a waiting list for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.
Smith County residents who want to get a COVID-19 vaccine may access the online portal for registration here. You will be asked to enter your name, contact information, and age/phase to be notified of your appointment information once the vaccine becomes available.
Appointments cannot be made up for anyone outside of the current vaccine phase schedule.
